Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
With the help of third party polling companies, such as Gallop and Telesight, Allied Van Lines has been conducting
customer satisfaction surveys upon completed out of state moves. Below are the results for Shelly Moving and Storage.
The scores are based on a rating from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. In order to
achieve an "Excellent" customer satisfaction rating the average of all
scores must be above 4.5 out of 5. The survey questions include how
the customer felt about the estimator, the driver, the loading crew, the
delivery crew, whether or not they could recommend Allied Van Lines to
someone, how timely the delivery was and how they felt about the overall
move process from start to finish.
